  we had two properties that sound did inspections on both times we had kris and reon, the first property we inspected they saved us from a costly mistake, we are now living in our new home. We would recommend sound builing inspections to friends and family, they arrived on time and we had our reports with 4 hours of the inspection being done, each time they walked us through the findings and explained findings in a easy to understand language.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  We heard many horror stories of people purchasing properties where inspectors were on site for 20 minutes and missed many issues. The purchaser was left out of pocket and no way to fight back due to the pages worth of disclaimers. Our aim was to clean up the industry and make all accountable.

• What do you like most about your job?

  Protecting people from buying a property that may financially cripple them in the future. Most Termite Damage or Building Defect would be missed to the untrained eye. We have equipment that looks deep into the walls and can find problems that may take years to surface. Hardest thing is reporting problems to a customer that has falling in love with a house. As much as it hurts now, sometimes it's better for them to talk away and find a better place. Remember there's plenty more coral in the sea!
