What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
The typical things I need to know are 1) the size of the property. 2) how many rooms are carpeted and require steam cleaning 3) how many bathrooms/ensuites the property has 4) how many bedrooms and living areas the property has 5) if window cleaning internal/external is required and when the property is to be vacant.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Bond Return Cleaning has a 5 million dollar public liability insurance cover ,We are not responsible for damage caused by the inability to clean eg carpet at the time when spillage occurred resulting in permanent staining.

I love the satisfaction of cleaning my clients properties to a very high level to satisfy their agents requirements and for them to be returned their bond back, which is the most important part of End of Lease/Bond Cleaning.

Yes , I cleaned an elderly gentle .mans rental property and apon completion doing a walk around the house he turned to me and said YOU HAVE CLEANED THIS PROPERTY SO WELL I DONT WANT TO MOVE OUT NOW! which I found quite amusing
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I decided to get into the Bond/End of Lease cleaning business because of the rising demand for end of lease cleaners and also the fact that property managers have very high expectations of tenants and felt that a business that could look after all the requirements of tenants vacating their properties would be very popular.

To be honest there is no set qualifications for End of Lease Cleaning, therefore the fact that I have completed successfully over 250 cleans and the fact that I cover all facets of End of Lease Cleaning makes me very qualified.

We charge our services on several different things. The size and condition of the property and also if carpet or and window cleaning services are required are the main items . We always come and have a look at the property so that a proper quote can be given due to the many different make up of properties.
