Helping a family friend who is a old retired electrician renovate my parents family home when I was a young teenager. Found the trade interesting, carried out a pre appreciated course straight out of my HSC and never looked back.

Fault finding and problem solving. I like leaving a customers home feeling like I have made their home a little safer, I like educating the customers on how to safely manage the electrical system with efficiency in mind. I enjoy customer interaction & forming working relationships.

Site access, circuit protection, correct existing installation of the product, correct cable size from what the customer wants to install, if there is 3-4 options which on the customer is interested in, availability to carry out installation, how soon the customer is having the work carried out.

1. Call a professional from the start. Ensure the electrician is licences and has the knowledge to carry out the installation in a safe way that complies with the standards. Pay for the right job once. 2. Repair things prior to them breaking down. 3. Look at a companies reviews on google.
