Our core business is the Construction Management of the domestic renovations and new homes, . Our building system is unique in that the management control of the construction is shared with the client. We are builders ourselves and understand that managing your own project can give you freedom to make changes as the project develops. This system allows you to be involved in the process from the design right through to constructions for as little or as much as you wish. When we work with you, we first establish how much involvement you would like in the project, and price our services accordingly. If you do choose to have a very 'hands-on' role in conjunction with us, as many of our clients do, we always remain flexible, and are able to take over more of the project management should the need arise. Clients co-manage the project with Sunbuilt and have the freedom to make changes. And as project managers working under the C2C system, you still have the security of a guaranteed maximum price contract for all the trades and management costs, so you can be confident that there will be little chance of budget overruns. You are welcome to use our extensive project management experience to entirely manage the process of building your new home, or you want more involvement then it is no problem with our system.
