Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this company. We were originally quoted $449 for 4 hours work and by the completion of the job we paid $781. Unfortunately the job was done to a below sub par standard and our leasing agent was forced to hire another cleaning company costing $950 was deducted from our bond. We were very disappointed when the owner of the company then chose to take absolutely no responsibility for the quality of the service nor show any remorse for the fact that we are now $1731 out of pocket. We quoted $440 GST included for 2 cleaners 4 hours each and the extra was for 4 rooms carpet steam cleaning. When the job has been completed we told her please let us know when your agent check the job within one week if we missed anything we will get back touch up what we missed. She get back to me after 2 weeks and send me a few things need to be done and I said sure we are more than happy to come over and touch up. She said the agent will get there own cleaning company to touch up the job and ask me a full refund which is not fair. We did 90% of the job and I said to her we can refund you 25% of what you paid. It’s not fair to ask a full refund after we paid our cleaners and our carpet cleaner.Simon H
