Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

All work performed on the customers cars come with a minimum 6 months parts and labour guarantee unless stated otherwise. Some parts come with a 12 warranty or even 24 months warranty which is also passed onto the customer

Coming from an I.T background i noticed i couldn't work in an office after so many years. At Sutherland Shire Auto Centre we all have knowledge in several areas other than the automotive industry which we have implemented into the industry to help benefit the customer as well as their vehicles

At Sutherland Shire Auto Centre our ears are always listening to the customers and their stories. The ones we tend to love the most is when they talk about their previous experience with other shops and how much happier they are that they found us. We pride ourselves in our job and our customers

Everything. At Sutherland Shire Auto Centre we treat each car unique and different. Many makes and models drive in our workshop and not all of them have the same problem. Looking at every car is a different challenge in our eyes.

Any question is knowledge. If you feel you have a specific question we will have an answer for you. In the unlikely event we are unsure we will endeavour to find the answer or the correct person to help you. Ask if service professional has experience in the job they are about to carry out.

"Is the car worth fixing?"  All answers are answered truthfully. If the repairs outweighs the car or we see the car needs to much. We will advise you not to fix it unlike many other workshops trying to take your money

Over 35 years combined experience in the industry. All the latest diagnostics tools for all makes and models. Friendly staff and clean workshop who respects every car that comes into our shop

The more details the customer provides the repairer the better idea we have of your car. Vehcile Year, Make, Model and Rego should be enough to provide an accurate estimate for the customer. If anything else is required we will contact and advise you on what we need

Preventative maintainance is better than cure. Keep up to date with your services.  Catch it early before it get worse and damages other components cisting your on repairs  Do it once do it properly. Cheap parts costs you more in the long run

No work is carried out without the customers approval. We charge accordingly to the time spent on the vehicle or by the manufactures specified repair times (whichever is cheaper for the customer)

We are always freshening up on our course and skills to keep up with the forever changing cars that are coming out. We are qualified to do almost everything possible on all cars.
