I don't normally write negative reviews even if I were given a bad service but Sparkle left a very terrible experience. After a confirmed booking made 2wks prior, they would not respond to reminder messages. And on the job day, after countless unanswered messages and calls, they told me they cannot do the job. After my constant demands, they agreed but it will be 2 hours late. After completing their job to which I waited and paid in full, my property manager checked and said it is a bad job and they need to reclean it. I asked sparkle to fix it but they said they would not do it as they are booked until early next yr. What a way to treat paying customers and i will need to spend again on another cleaning company.Emily E
