Hi Andy, You did not hire us twice, so why give two reviews? Dear Andy, We attended your home to clean on Friday and we haven’t had any feedback from you stating the view given today. You only requested two hours to be booked & only a certain much can be done with the allocated time and from that clean we would determine the required time for the future. The state of a home actually determine the time required & as such in this instance the time was not enough to clean everything. Read lessAndy
