  Melissa convinced me that she needed financial help, got me to pay $150 in advance - was always asking me for money - then on the day of the job she got confused over what was happening, said she wasn’t coming and said I need to find a new cleaner, which is what I wanted anyway! However when I asked her to return my money she insisted she didn’t have it and then blocked me on social media, and blocked my number from her phone. Currently making a larger complaint about her and doing what it takes to get my money back, I’m a single mum with a temporary disability and she knows how much I struggle myself. I’ll never, ever use her again. Don’t give her your money! She regularly cuts corners with her cleaning, misses things that most people will find important, and spends time cleaning unnecessary things to make sure that you need to pay her extra to stay longer and clean the basics! BEWARE !

  BE AWARE THAT THIS CLIENT HAS BEEN REPORTED FOR HARASSMENT SHE HAD BEEN CONSTANTLY MAKING BOOKINGS AND CANCELLING MORE THAN 3 TIMES IN ONE WEEK AND TWICE A WEEK ON OTHER WEEKS THIS IS ON A REGULAR BASIS. SHE WAS KINDLY ASKED NOT TO DO THIS AS IT HAD BEEN TAKING UP APPOINTMENTS WHERE OTHERS HAD NEEDED BOOKINGS AND WAS ASKED TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEES AFTER SHE HAD INFORMED US OF OTHER BOOKINGS WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO DO HER CLEANING. SHE HAS MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES AND REFUSES TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT SHE CANNOT CONTINUE TO KEEP CANCELLING HER APPOINTMENTS AND EXPECT US TO NOT CHARGE HER A TO CANCEL HER BOOKING ONLY LESS THAN 30MINS BEFORE HER BOOKINGS AND THEN EXPECT NO CANCELLATION FEES WH ERE SHE CONSTANTLY IS COSTING US MONEY IN WAGES AND BEING ABUSIVE TOWARDS STAFF

  Dear Top as mate Wanted to share a wonderful review on the cleanliness of the property from the last stay at one of our air bnb properties that you and your team clean Thanks so much to you and your team. . The Customer that stayed at the air bnb reviewed as follows.. We had a wonderful two nights stay in shell cove. It was immaculately clean which was very important for us. The amenities were great, beds so beautifully styled and super comfortable. The location was spot on with great cafes, restaurants, the Marina and the Shellharbour Club nearby. We would also like to mention how extremely responsive and so helpful from the first communication and throughout the stay right up to check out. Our family of six all loved the house and the outlook was so picturesque from the master bedroom. A lot of pride has gone into making this house so homely.
