I started working for Peninsula House doctor, in November 2014.  Have worked with the Owner of the business for 4 months now through the busy Holiday Period.  It is low season now so I am able to pick up my own jobs as well as working  for Peninsula house Doctor.- Meg Leonard.

I get complete safisfaction, in transformation of a clients house after i have done my work.   I work my magic and its a great day.

The job size and what you expect me to do in the time allowance min 3 hours,,,,first clean.. after that i will know better how long the job will take on a regular basis. and then I  can adjust cost.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Must have a clear understanding of time frame for each job that is asked for me to do..  If the client only wants me to Dust and vac/mop and clean  bathrooms, size of house time may vary. Average Bathrooms, with mirror, vanity toilet, shower and Bath 30 min ensuite 15 min Dust 30min Vac all floors 45min - 1 Hour MOP 30 min Clean kitchen- wipe over all bench tops, cupboard doors, microwave oven and stove top, splash back. shine up tap ware and sink, put away any dishes in dishwasher. 30-45 mins depending on size and state of kitchen.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I like to Meet with the client and review the job details prior to start.. Sometime depending on Size and what is required it is a job cost  Price.. Other times it is charged by the hour.

I have had extensive experience int he Hospitality Industry, Hotel Rydges house keeping duties, A mother of 3 teenagers and Office manager of Husbands Trade  Business. And More recently working with Peninsula House Doctor- Enjo cleaning Holiday rentals on the Mornington Peninsula
