I am at the heaviest I have ever been. I kept going to the gym with young trainers, however I could not get the motivation to get on track. Ask my clients. My retention rate is very high, with approximately 60% of my clients still training with me since 2004. They have followed me to various venues and I even have some travelling from the south side of Brisbane to continue to train with me. I am 100% reliable and trustworthy, I am here to keep you accountable, to show you the most beneficial, safe and cost worthy methods to get you the results you want. I cant be reliable and trustworthy I would not still be in business after all these years.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
As you are putting your health in the hands of your trainer, you NEED to research who you are going to use. Ask how long they have been a trainer for, what are their qualifications, whats their knowledge of the workings of the human body, what personal athletic experience have they had? The body is a very complex machine and injury can occur quite easily so make sure your trainer walks their talk and has a good base of knowledge and experience.
What do you like most about your job?
Its not a job to me. Its what I have done since a child, it makes me feel happy, healthy, energetic, positive, strong, fit and helping others to feel the same is the most rewarding feeling of all. Whats not to like :)
