• What makes your pricing competitive?

  I believe that fixing a quoted price for a Customer is better than setting an hourly rate for work to be undertaken. This way, if a job becomes more difficult than first anticipated then a suitable time frame to get the work completed may be discussed without adding too much to the initial quoted price.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  My standard charges are fixed based upon an initial inspection and discussion of Customers needs. Starting at $50 for a General Houseclean of a 2 Br Unit, ranging through $60 for a 3 Br home, and $75 for 4 Br. Vacate Cleans are negotiable depending on the job at hand, but generally a 3 Br Home will be charged at $300 to clean top down thoroughly.
