Xcited Fitness Boot Camps

Xcited Fitness boot camp classes take you outdoors with an unbeatable workout that will have you coming back for more. It provides the perfect cross training addition to an average training program. With our motivation and support, boot camp classes will take your fitness to a whole new level. You’ll also build strength and endurance in the process, while achieving better body tone thanks to the high calorie expenditure of boot camp classes. During our workouts we use things like car and truck tyres, kettle bells, weight bags, boxing gear, resistance bands, suspensions training (TRX), battle ropes, skipping ropes, dumbbells, agility ladders and weight vests to make sure you don't become bored with our boot camp workouts. This is what sets us apart from many of our competitors. Our classes are based in Holland Park at local parks. Below are the days and times: Monday 630pm - CB Mott Park Wednesday 630pm - CB Mott Park Thursday 630pm - Glindemann Park Saturday 745am - Glindemann Park Get in touch and we'll send you the sign up forms and just bring them along to your first class. WE'LL GIVE YOU YOUR FIRST 4 WEEKS AT HALF PRICE when you sign up for any 3, 6 or 12 month package! That's as little as $6 per week! You also get a 24 hour cooling off period when you sign up. So if you decide it's not for you after your first class we'll let you cancel your package at no charge - but we're sure you'll love it!
