Zapped Electrics is a fully insured company and we do guarantee our work. If there is a problem with what we have done, we will fix the problem at no charge. If there is a problem with what has been installed, we will have the item replacedat no cost to the client other then our time spent.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

From a young boy i would recieve toys. So I would dismantle them and then put them together again.  When i finished school I was told by my father that I can't be an electrician, as he lost his friend which was and electrician on the job. I started late in life but still love it.

My favourite customer story would have to be. Getting call in to quote a job, knocking on the door of a client where he comes storming out and telling me he doesn't want to hear crap that the job he is about to show me can not be done. I was the sixth sparkie to quote job. End result! I was the highest quote and also got the job!

What do you like most about your job?

I would have to say the most would be meeting different people everday and putting a smile on there faces. Secondly it would have to be travelling from one job to another on a daily bases.

At the end of the day people are looking at what or who they can bargin with. Not everything is about money when it comes to electrical. I would be asking have you had any experiences with?

The only question we are asked on a frequently bases is, how did I come up with the name Zapped Electrics. I tell them the truth. From when I was an apprentice most tradesmen would talk about getting Zapped. So this is where Zapped Electrics came from.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

Zapped Electrics has a great reputation and we would like to keep it that way. We started approx 9 years ago and have come a long way. if we are running 5mins late we contact our clients to let them know.

Zapped Electrics should be first choice as we are full of knowledge and experience. We can assist our clients in lighting, power, data & communication also technical question which they may have.

Before we can quote a job, the customer should inform us what the actual problem is and also what has happened within the fault, as this will save them time and money.

Customers can save money by contacting our team directly for advice. We can save customers money in time if they can explain to us what has happened. Customers can also save money by our technical staff explaining a few easy steps offer the phone.

Zapped Electrics is resonably priced. We do not belive in over pricing something. As we like to competitive will all other trades within the local areas. Servicing a wide area you must be competitive.

Zapped Electrics always preffers to inspect a job before quoting on the job. This quoting online is all new to me. You can generally miss things out or may face a problem without looking at the job first.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Zapped Electrics specialises in lighting and power control from stardard 240V switching to Dynalite or  C-Bus control. We also specialise in all types of fitout.

Zapped Electrics has various experiences from lighting, power, switchboards, upgrade of switchboards, either design & construct and also lighting control for all domestic, commercial & industrial.
