Customer staying in a 3b/r single story dwelling for more than 6years and ready to put on market for sale.   We were hired in short notice to clean throughout from in to out. The customer paid in advance before the job was done. They are worried the job is not being done professionally/ within expectation or we would leave without doing the job. As they are not able to return after job being done and only the day after.  When they inspect the job a day after, they were shocked with the result and sending us a message for the gratitude and sold the property at a faster rate than they expect and at a much higher price they expect.  We have got several customer referrals from them.

We like to hear customer telling us that they did not expect the property to be that cleaned. Which throughout our business adventure, we have had 70% of the customer telling us that. (balance of the percentage is either their property is already very clean, old or they have not maintained very well.)

We provide lump sum price in accordance to type of job and extensiveness of labour required. We do not provide a standard price for all job, as some jobs required less labour intensive hence lower price.
