My partner and I recently purchased our first home, and the bathroom in the property needed to be completely gutted and replaced. Asbestos, dated fixings, odd layout and giant linen cupboard in the middle - it was quite a job! From the moment we met Mal and Leah from Duck Bathrooms, they were extremely accommodating and encouraging. They were so pleasant to liaise with, really communicative and just really genuinely lovely people. My partner and I have never renovated before so the entire process was very new to us. Added to this was a really tight turnaround time to have the bathroom completed. We only had a window of 2 weeks to get the bathroom renovated before we had to move in, and they were so accomodating to our limited time frame. Mal and Leah made sure to take us through every single little step and answered all of our questions (and we definitely had a LOT of questions). No job was too big or too small and no design question or idea was too silly! We are absolutely ecstatic with the final product - the bathroom turned out so beautifully and the finishes are all immaculate. We had some delays with some of our fixtures, and Mal & Leah were so accommodating to drop back past our house to install them once they had arrived. We’re so incredibly grateful for the work they have done for us, and we would not hesitate to recommend them for any future works.
