Job Description: The process for the renovation: We come in and cap off the water and waste/remove the existing laundry CCTV the drainage pipework to figure out the location and direction of flow of the pipework Cut up the concrete where required in order to lay new drainage for the toilet, bath and floor waste connect new drainage to existing Re-concrete the areas we have cut up At this point a builder will need to come in and build his walls We will return and alter the pipework to suit the new fixtures such as the bath and toilet after the walls are built An electrician will return around the same time to install their power cables etc The builder will return and install the gyprock wall linings Once wall lining is complete your tiler will come to site and waterproof the areas where tiles will be laid and then lay tiles We will return once again after tiles to install the fixtures
