As A licenced builder all works over $3300 Will be insured with QBCC home warranty scheme.  This covers the home owner regarding industry standards, complying with the relevant codes and completion of unfinished contracts or defective building works..

I have been a builder all of my life. It's all I wanted to do when I left school.i am passionate about my craft and love what I do.. fortunately I was built to build !

When you are talking to the tradies you should feel that the tradies knows what they are doing. They (the tradie) should be confident and offer opinions on the work at hand.. There is no substitute for experience.

Most customers are not sure if the building process..i havd had many occasions when DIY work has been done in the wrong order and we havd had to replace or remove in order to complete the job.

I am fully trained, fully licenced and have many years of building experience. I am a family man doing my craft. I I am making a living not getting rich.

There is no substitute for experience. I treat every job as if it was my own home. I am up to date with the latest training from master builders Queensland. I'm not always the cheapest and rearely the most expensive, but I give you the best  value for your dollar. I am on time and contactable.

I will call the client to discuss the scope of works required, I will then do a site visit at a time that suits. After a chat and measure up I will discuss the options available to cove the project.

Please make sure that the person you are talking to is licenced.. get them to show you their LICENCE card .check the dates are valid and tgat they are licenced to do the work you require. You will save time and stress using this process.

Years of experience.. getting the job done in a timely manner on budget know all of the sub trades and suppliers as well as the industry practices.

Every job is costed differently, generally by contract. I have been in the industry on the gold coast for a long time so my pricing has been competitive..

I specialise in structual repais, Termite repairs, Building maintenance, Second storey additions, Removing walls and building new. Replacing or rebuilding decks, kitchens bathrooms or laundry renovations. Complete unit or house refurbishment and body corp work.. I have done almost anything

I am Fully licenced by QBCC 1017007. Fully Insured, and trained by Master Builders Queensland.. I am very easy to get along with a  "can do "attitude.
