To whom it may concern, I am writing a review of the work recently conducted at (redacted) St, North Adelaide that was covered under RAA insurance. It involved replacement of a damaged water fountain and tiles overlooking the pool and the work was solely conducted by Matt. The work has just been completed to an excellent standard and in meticulous fashion despite multiple interruptions due to the weather / rain. Aside from doing the building work to a very high standard he demonstrates a number of skills that enhance the reputation of any firm employing him. Specifically, - he is at all times pleasant and sensible - he communicates clearly - he frequently updates regarding progress and is flexible regarding timing when decisions were needed - he was patient and offered multiple options when selecting tiles despite the slowness with which I selected tiles - as stated above his work is excellent and when weather allows, progress is rapid In short I feel fortunate to have had Matt conduct the work and as a result will be approaching Matt for future building works Best Regards, Professor John (redacted)
