Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We renovated a kitchen for a client who had previous issues with another company that had started the job but went into receivership half way through the job. When we first arrived the client was in complete despair and very upset, after calming her down and assuring her we will complete her kitchen a do a better job she felt a little better. After we had completed the job and organised the trades for her, the client organised a BBQ for all of my workers, and trades and our families. She then gave my company a beautiful testimony and told me that dealing with my company had been the best thing that happened to her during her whole building renovation.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I had a passion for woodworking since I was a very young boy, I had an old neighbour when I was a little boy who was a carpenter joiner and he had a little workshop in his garage and I remember sitting on his work bench watching him build things from timber. Once I had the opportunity to leave school I always knew that I wanted to become a cabinet maker and own my own business one day.
