Job Description: Revise / redo current irrigation system for the lawn. There is an existing sprinkler system but the location / coverage of the sprinklers needs adjusting and optimising. There may be leaks in the current system. Old lawn is in bad condition. Once irrigation system sorted, then to even out the soil (multiple holes / areas where the surface is uneven) and possibly raise the height of the entire area if possible, then relay new lawn with roll out turf (think that Sir Walter Buffalo grass would be good)
