New Horizons health and fitness has been amazing! Christy has been super motivating and helpful. I was honestly very confused with trying to lose weight with all the information out there- christy gave me great tips and programs to help me with my weight loss journey in a simplified way. Each exercise routine has been well thought out and fun! She has made me actually enjoy working out for once. No more boring workouts! I have learned so much already- i will be continuing personal training for a long time!!

Christy is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with! The session was fun and engaging - i have had a few personal trainers in the past but their sessions would be often repetitive and lack variety. Another positive is that she gave me a nutritional plan that i can stick to and an exercise routine for outside of our sessions. You can tell New horizons really do care and will go above and beyond to help you with achieving your goals. I am looking forward to more sessions :)
