I can’t recommend New Horizons health and fitness highly enough! Christy has been incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and she has made my sessions super enjoyable even on days where i dont feel like training! It is super helpful having someone rock up to your house in the morning- saves you time from driving to gym and especially excuses! My only wish is that i started sooner this is already improving my quality of life. More flexibility, mobility and strength in day to day tasks! I am super happy
