The booking lady was helpful and friendly. As the removal was on a Sunday I asked what time they normally start and she told me 8 or 9am. I asked for 9am but we were ready at 8:30am in case they were early. The two removalists finally arrived at 10:15am. One did call at 9:20am to say they'd be there at 10am and then again at 10:13am to check the address (which they should have had and is well-signed). Once they finally arrived, the service was fine. I've noticed a few minor scratches on larger items and unfortunately they didn't wrap the white cloth bed base and now it has dirty black marks.
