Were looking to obtain a quote for some landscaping work at our office located at 1A Sayer Street, Midland, WA. Please see the attached image for reference. The scope of work includes:
	Removal of stumps from the premises (theyve been treated and should now be easy to remove)
	Trimming of the bush to align with the metal box on the wall
	Clearing of debris, including loose bricks, tiles, and general rubbish
	Paving the area up to the metal box and along the bush line to form a neat rectangle
	Installation of a large umbrella into the paving or a shade structure extending from the roof (depending on what is most suitable)
