• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Have been in the hospitality industry for the last 20 years. Arriving in Melbourne in 1998, have cook "parrilladas" for friends and family with raving reviews, many not having tried this style of grilling before. With may main interest been to get people together and exchange experiences, was a natural step to start a catering company with that mission. From very humble beginnings in 2007 (a customer just reminded me that when he first tray our food, I was grilling with a coat hunger!) , now we can cater events of up to thousand of guests. Our portfolio of clients includes Universities, local and state government, corporate, clubs and associations. Senor BBQ specializes in outdoor events and country weddings.

• What do you like most about your job?

  To see our customers face after they tray our food! Is really satisfying the feedback after finishing an event, our aim is to make it a memorable affair.
