Some tiles just fell off wall when removing sink bench, not sure if old glue is good enough to last on existing tiled walls,require site inspection and your opinion. Bathroom sink will be removed prior to you attending site to start work. Hoping to keep existing wall tiles. All tiles already on site. Dark coloured grout is required on floor and white grout on walls. New towel rack may also be needed to be installed. Site inspection is required with written quote and copy of your business insurance and ABN number. Looking to have all works completed 7-10 days. Quote 1 - new tiles supplied supplied by client Remove and replace bathroom floor (2605cm x 96cm) & toilet floor (93cm x 1800cm), include water proofing prior to fit new supplied tiles (30cm x30cm) in both areas. Replace / repair wall at sink area and above bath (1100cm x 1680cm) tile size 15cm x 15cm plus water proof prior to laying. Additional height with 15cm x15cm tiles to either side wall (60cm x 1700cm) + (60cm x 2600cm) plus water proof prior to laying see photos attached. Quote 2 - new tiles supplied supplied by client Remove and replace bathroom floor (2605cm x 96cm) & toilet floor (93cm x 1800cm), include water proofing prior to fit new supplied tiles (30cm x30cm) in both areas.
