After working in the Hospitality industry for many years, I knew there was a gap in the market for cleaners with REAL experience.  Hospitality has standards that are unmatched in most cleaning companies, being able to provide high standards to customers is rewarding.  The truth is when you know your stuff its easy to love your job.

Ask for insurance first, ask if the work is guaranteed, do they provide an invoice, how will you communicate. Ask about their experience.
