  I can not publish this review without any stars! if I could then the rating would be 0 ….. We hired Joanna to our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse, arrived late was but still happy she still made it, I had some errands to do so I left them to it. Returning to the property at 130pm for another inspection, that company couldn’t proceed in the house because the cleaners where still there. Joanna said she would give me a call 30 minutes before they finish, by 3pm I still hadn’t heard anything and returned back to the property. They were still cleaning, being a trusting person, I had given them the money and had said to them lock up behind them. The following day, my partner went down to the property to find the place on how we left it, after looking around nothing had really been cleaned to the level you expect when you have to pay, we found damaged to the interior walls, skirting boards, the fly screen and a couple of things missing from the property, which belonged to the landlord. We also found empty beer cans and used needles in the bin. After calling numerous times with no answer, she finally returned my calls regarding the situation. Joanna had also said that she was at the property till the late hours of the evening cleaning, Body Corporate had assured me that it was early hours of the morning. Joanna had mentioned she would come back, still haven’t heard a word off her!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

  Turned up for first clean at new unit for my mum and quite satisfied. Arranged for a return as workmen made access difficult to some places. Didn’t return or reply to messages/calls. Had arranged bond clean for my mum’s rental & never turned up or return contact. Extremely stressful, cost us money in rent & had to try and find another bond cleaner at short notice which cost us an extra $400. Very disappointed.

  and we did come back, as Jordan was still there moving things out, we tried calling you numerous amounts of times as keys were meant to be left in letter box and they weren't. we kept trying to call up until 8:30pm that evening, with no answer even tried next morning on several occasions with still no answer.

  Jo and her partner arrived on time as negotiated. I requested that the fans be cleaned and a good general clean. I had xplained that I was wanting to have some attention to detail e.g. furniture moved and floors vacuumed and washed. there was some attention to detail and some initiative used however the top of fans weren’t cleaned the extractor fans in the bathrooms were not touched the microwave wasn’t wiped out Jo agreed to come a fortnight later and the arrangement was that she would clean the oven and clean the ceiling in the patio. Jo commented that she would text later in the day with dates / days that she was available. she never did. I followed up by text over a week later. the text was answered very promptly and another date agreed upon unfortunately we are still waiting for her to contact or offer an explanation as to why she didn’t turn up as arranged I had cancelled my previous service and am now left needing to start again ☹️
