Yes, we hold domestic builders insurance. Insurance is provided for all jobs in excess of $16,000 in accordance with legislation. A building contract is provided for all projects to ensure the requested works is understood correctly and to protect the client from any disputes arising.

Clients should seek advice from the relevant State Building Authority and relevant State Consumer Affairs department prior to hiring any tradesmen. This information will help the client understand their rights and what to expect from the tradesmen prior to, during and after the project.

One of our representatives will attend on site to review the scope of works, the representative will provide a welcome pack and explain the process at this time. Our representative will seek your agreement that the scope of works is understood correctly and a quote will be sent after that stage.

Our focus is on providing a high quality building solution to clients, we also provide contracts for all projects and insurance on projects over $16,000 to protect the client from any potential hidden costs or rework.

Project based, a deposit is required for all works; 10% if the project is $20,000 or less; 5% if the project is $20,000 or more. A building contract is provided for all projects which details the payment schedule.
