All our franchisees must have a 10 million dollar public liability insurance cover. Additionally it is our company policy to guarantee all work is completed to the clients satisfaction. Our franchisee have quality processes using sign off forms, properly written quotations and communication systems to ensure customer satisfaction

Ace are a 67 year old company and use independent business owners (franchisees) who are all highly trained, police checked, and highly motivated to be competitive, there livelihood depend upon building new clients and client satisfaction

How do you normally charge for your service?

In most cases Ace cleaning services will charge on a per job basis. This is the fairest way as an hourly rate can often cause unscrupulous people to inflate the cleaning times. Where an hourly rate is required Ace would normally charge around $30.00 per hour

Ace is your local cleaning agency, have a comprehensive range of professional services to take to support you in your office or home, regular cleaning and maintenance programs, periodical maintenance programs, steam cleaning of carpets, hard floor restoration, regular  house cleaning, vacate cleaning, holiday cleaning and even lawn mowing and garden maintenance .
