I was very disappointed as, although I had said there were 5 high first floor windows included, they did not come prepared to be able to do them, and only cleaned the windows I am able to do myself. They left saying they would come back but have not.Felix

Booked the job for Saturday 5th at 2pm. AKT called around 12:30 to say they are running late and will be there around 2:30 to 2:45. Not a problem, I understand things happen. AKT texted at 3:28 to say so sorry, will be there soon. I texted back saying I had to go out and if they are not here in 5 minutes I cannot wait. Last text to them was at 3:35 to AKT expressing my disappointment and how they had wasted my time, I basically told them not to bother coming. It took them half an hour to respond. They called and asked if they can come now. Too late! Then they asked if they can come later or tomorrow. Their excuse was they ran out of petrol and could not find a servo. For two hours! What a shame as I am also looking for weekly cleaning in my home. I will find a company who is more professional.06 Dec 2020
