Alphamea Constructions was established by the current director Peter Kokolakis. Peter has had over 25 years experience within the building industry. Our projects range from small domestic projects through to commercial projects up to $5 million. Our previous work has included construction of new homes, alterations, renovations as well as restoration of buildings with heritage value. Mission The Alphamea Constructions mission is to deliver reliable and sound building services of the highest quality, whilst always maintaining the ultimate satisfaction of the client. Reputation Our reputation is very important to us and word of mouth is one of the main sources from where we gain our jobs Certificates and insurance Alphamea Constructions is a licensed building company with Home Warranty insurance and a Quality Assurance system in place. Peter is a Master builders Association member and a competent certified builder. Process Our process always begins with assessing what the customers' needs are and then we can move onto estimating what the time and budget constraints will be. Throughout the building process we make sure that there is a free flow of communication between us and the client. Design Alphamea Constructions has built within a range of design styles including school grounds to modern homes with the highest quality finishes and premium materials. We also place importance on ecologically sustainable design and building practices. Tradespeople The tradespeople that we recommend are experienced with us and within their own trade. We use competitive tradespeople but not at the expense of quality or professionalism.
