Job Description: Hi there, Hope you are really well. We have just received approval for our apartment renovation so are looking to commence works for this project in 2 weeks. On October 9th. We have a ground floor apartment in Manly. We plan to renovate the apartment and there is a very important area which will require a certified builder which is where we are removing part of a wall, and will need to install a beam. The other areas marked in red are just increasing the door height, so no beams required. We have been working with Patridge Structural Engineers on our structural engineer report and plan (see attached). The rest of the work we can organise with our own trades (kitchen, bathrooms, floors, ceiling etc.). Thank you so much and we look forward to hearing from you! Danni
