Yes Mylist are insured for up to 5 million Public Liability, covered for workers comp also.  we guarantee our work is at the highest of quality.

We at Mylist pride ourselves on honest relationships with our customers. We believe communication and transparency are the key to building those relationships. We do not comply to cheap and dodge works to get it done, We stay fair priced and Maintain our quality in work by doing so.

Communicate at the best of your ability a clear description of the works to be done.  If unsure communicate that upfront so we can come prepared with potential ideas and suggestions.

We understand there is usually always a low ball quote on works which usually turn out dodge. There also tends to be the over expensive quote. We choose to stay honest and fairly priced and hope to be in the middle of the 2 this allows us to never jeopardise the quality of our works or cut corners.

Depending upon the works at hand we can charge- Hourly, Quote, Day rate and Monthly subscriptions Monthly Subscriptions tend work well for our clients wanting repetitive works usually Property, and Garden maintenance works.

Mylist's Purpose was to not particularly specialize in one trade thus be an attractive company to use for anything "HOME" and give our customers one point of contact to have vast range of services undertaken - Home Improvement, Property repair, and Property Maintenance.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Building Cert 4, Carpentry Cert 3, Also many years experience in Property and Garden Maintenance, In my young years I was taught by an old generation builder who completed all trades work throughout the building process this gave me experience in majority of trades. which led me to create MYLIST.
