We progressed into this line of work from very humble beginnings. I worked along side my father for years flipping houses, when he moved away, a desk job wasn't going to cut it for me. I started out doing odd jobs around the neighborhood. Within 12 months, we had a thriving business.

Do you offer discounts? No we don't. What we do offer is great quality work at affordable prices.  Can you give me a quote over the phone? No, the only thing we can offer over the phone is advice.  Do you offer a call back guarantee? Yes we guarantee all of our work

We can complete an array of work, we don't just plaster, we plaster and paint. We can do your tap washers, fix your gate, mow your grass and paint a room all in one visit, saving you a lot of time and money on multiple trades. We have the highest completion rate (99.7%) on Maintenance Manager.

All we need to know is the general scope of work, your phone number and address. As professionals, we only quote on-site, we do not quote without seeing the job.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We only charge for the time we are on-site working, we do not charge extra for travel or to arrange parts for your job. We charge one hour minimum and then in 15 minute increments.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We generally charge per hour with no weekday call out charges. Our call out charge is included in the first hour of labor. For larger job, we can work on a day rate as per quote.

We specialize in the maintenance, repair and upkeep of investment properties. We have just moved into the private sector and are now offering our services directly to home occupants.

Between myself and my staff, we have 4 different trade qualifications. We have combined over 60 years experience in the maintenance industry. We complete, on average 8-10 jobs per day for local agents and private clients, or approx 2600 jobs per year.
