What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

Anyone one who suspects or has tested positive for Covid-19 will be asked to provide a photo of the positive test and asked to contact me directly within 2 hours of the booking or a cancellation fee will be invoiced to the client.   All of my employees are expected to contact myself and provide a photo of the positive test and stay home until they are showing a clear test.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I actually hated cleaning my own home 🥴 it was actually the worse task ever! I would never have dreamt that I would be where I am now.  I am a mum of 5 and was sick of just sitting around being just “Mum” I decided to advertise for work and anything on facebook when I was offered a cleaning job and for some reason I jumped on it. I had a fantastic boss was supportive and taught me many things that I now love about my job. I fell in love with it and that same amazing boss helped me build and start my own business. I am proud of myself everyday for jumping into something that I hated and gave it a go anyways because it shows that one person can help and change your life from just giving you a chance.

What do you like most about your job?

Providing a professional to detail clean every time to our clients, to hear fantastic feedback and knowing that our clients are happy.   Transformations are my favorite, watching something go from neglect (due to mental health or mobility etc…) to almost new again is the best satisfaction.   Customers reactions and appreciation is 100% my motivation.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

What products do you use?  Do you provide your own products and equipment?  Are you insured?  Do you hold a current ABN and Police Clearance? Ask anything that is important to you, your home and your family… provide your cleaner with ANY requirements that are individual to your home and family and ask them if they are happy to meet these requirements before booking a cleaner.

How much do you charge?   I charge hourly per cleaner per hour usually with Domestic cleans. All other cleans are priced individually and wouldn’t need to be discussed in more detail before pricing.  When are you available?  I am usually out working with my staff everyday but I will reply with a message as follows:  Unfortunately I cannot reply straight away due to work commitments. If you could please let me know what service you are wanting, some details on the property, size of the property and approx time and date you are looking at booking in I can get back to you you as soon as I get a moment to look at my diary and I may need to ask a few questions before quoting and finalizing a booking, thank you for contacting us and I will be in touch as soon as I am free.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

We provide high standards which also covers our employee and business as a whole. If I have a cleaner sick or unwell I will always have a cleaner to step in to make sure the job is done properly and to satisfaction. We are a dedicated to our jobs and take pride in the jobs we do.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

We provide two methods of cleaning… a eco friendly and septic efficient way and a chemical grade clean also. My staff are trained to do both and I think this is a big thing to provide choice in this industry. We are reliable, have great eye for detail, polite and will always make sure cleans are to of the highest quality standards every time.

What service they are needing The size of the property  The condition of the property  Photos What areas they want cleaned  What products they want used Is there any specific or special requirements wanted or needed for the clean When they would approx would like the clean done  How much do I charge   I will always ask anymore questions if need be but these are the main questions.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I try and keep my prices as low as possible and sometimes they are higher than others but I do supply two different ways of cleaning, insurance and overheads don’t leave me much wiggle room to be honest. I believe our quality and detail of work makes us competitive with the normal average price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I normally charge per cleaner per hour for Domestic cleans including bond and hand over cleans.  Commercial and builders cleans are priced differently and individually to job or service needed.
