  Ryan and Pat provided an excellent service with a very fast turnaround. The quality of their work was outstanding, they were prepared to offer opinions on the best way to get the job done, they were fast and kept us informed of what and when they were doing work. They provided a quote quickly, and it was competitive. However, the best part was that they actually cleaned up after themselves - to a high standard. Thanks Ryan and Pat.

  I was 3 hours away and needed to have a large tree (70 foot high pine) removed from the back yard of a residential premisses in Albury. Having to do this remotely, it was critical that I could rely on the company to do what I was asking without any supervision/overview on my part. The professionalism I experienced with this business was exceptional. Five stars hardly seems sufficient when I rate this service. From my first phone call with Ryan BRADSWORTH I felt confidant that this man knew exactly what he was doing. My concerns were taken onboard, I was not belittled as a "female who really didn't know what she was talking about" and I was reassured by Ryan at every step of the way. I can confidently say I would not hesitate to use this company to carry out any job I need doing. I have recommended Bradsworth Tree Services to several of my friends and colleagues since dealing with them.

  We are fully insured and certified. We have an impeccable safety standard and record over the years, our equipment is maintained as per Australian safety standards. If for any reason a customer is not happy with a job we do , they are encouraged to notify Ryan directly so we can rectify the issue immediately.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  We have had many great customer experiences over the years, too many to mention just one. People often are going out of their way to make sure the BTS workers have cold drinks in the summer heat or in winter hot tea or coffee, and as far as making us home cooked meals for lunch in some cases. We appreciate all of our customers .
