Job is not complete. Took 75% of payment while only completing 25% of the job. (Redacted name) requested 2nd payment which is doubled of the sum of initially quoted for 2nd payment. We fulfilled the request as a good gesture. However, the job has been abandoned. He has been delaying for more than 7 weeks. Then, stop communicating. Would not recommend. We are escalating this matter and reporting it to authorities.Emma D
