    I believe Johns work is adequate. My initial perception is he has a great understanding and knowledge of what my needs are and is willing to work with me in achieve my results. However, when it comes to reliability I can’t say John is an expert at this. I’ve explained to him several times I needed the project to be completed in a two month maximum time frame, however he drags and milks the job out. He comes one day a week and books a new job every day of the week hoping to get a constant flow of work. This to me was very infuriating... He loves racing and he loves his car, if he has a race on then you better forget your job for that week. He needs to race his car... *Response to your review* What you’re saying is that I the client had to put more time into getting the work done after I’ve hired you for that purpose? Wow ok, great service.. do all your clients finish your jobs for you? What happens if your client is an elderly. This comment just solidifies your poor efforts and communication. You’re correct in saying that you had to constantly tell me when you were coming because, 1) It’s my home, of course I need notification. Makes sense right? 2) You would only come 1 day a week and would leave it a surprise to me until a day prior to you coming. No doubt my attitude became sour, we started off great until you continued to take advantage and book 5+ other jobs whilst doing my job so you can get a constant flow of work. This is not just poor effort but it’s actually very rude and disrespectful of my time. The rest of your comments showcase how juvenile you are to work with, it sounds like tot for tat. I hope people read your response to my feedback because it’s a very uneducated response.

    We discussed what the issue were u did not want to do it the way I suggested u wanted a quick fix,and u mentioned to me that you took carpet tiles without paying for them which is a criminal offence and I have notified authorities of this. And note I had to fix up a lot of your painting and patching work too. I don’t appreciate the attitude you gave me some of the time. If you wanted it done ASAP u should have put some more time into getting it done. I had to constantly tell u when I was coming and I told u many times it is ur responsibility to write when I’m coming.
