  So disappointed in the state of my house when I showed up after they had completed my "Bond Clean". I was told that the cleaners were doing a 6:30am start so i based the rest of my services around them (Pest Control, mowing etc.) and then received a phone call at 9:40am saying the cleaners were going to be late but weren't far away. They showed up and didn't commence work until 11:30am 5 HOURS AFTER they were supposed to start. I was then charged an additional $135 for some walls to be cleaned (which i agreed as there were a few walls dirty) but when i arrived there was still dirt marks all over several walls as well as walls that did not need to be washed now had visible water marks all over. They also stated that carpet cleaning would be done. Upon looking at the carpets, i cannot see any work done as it looked like it hadn't even been vacuumed. When completion was done, i was told that i would be getting the invoice straight away. I had also double checked with both the cleaners and the guy i was speaking to via text. I had made it clear that i needed the invoice asap so that i could send this through to my property manager. Tell me why after 3 messages, 1 phone call (which they did not pick up), 1 verbal encounter, and a WHOLE DAY later they then decided to send my invoice to me. When messaging them the next day after my service, at 7:00am i was told that there "Accounts team" would be commencing work shortly. I then texted them again at 9:30am and he then stated they weren't starting until 10:30am. I don't recall "starting shortly" meant starting 3.5 hours later. Anyways, Please don't waste your time, i cannot even bother asking for one of their cleaners to come back to actually clean because i ended up going over the top of their "work" for the price of nothing. Please don't look at just the stars and make sure you look at the reviews so that you don't make the same mistake i did. Definitely not worth my $715 for them to do absolutely nothing.

  If I could give no stars i would. I left my house cleaner than the cleaner left it after she’d finished! The only things that needed doing really were the fans, air cons and window tracks and door tracks, she even said it was the cleanest house she’s ever turned up to! She then stated she didn’t know how she was going to do them as she didn’t have a ladder. I had to source a ladder and bring it back! She stated it would be a minimum 5 hour job, she was done in 3! When I called the contractor and explained the situation and even sent photos, he was rude and even threatened to sue! He finally got his brother to come out, who spent another 3 1/2 hours cleaning the house that according to the contractor “was fine”.. Even the poor brother of the contractor was so apologetic and astonished. I will never EVER use or recommend this company again!

  In all my years of using services hired through this platform, I have never encountered such appalling quality service, attitude, and disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience has been a costly and frustrating lesson, and I would not wish it upon anyone else.
