What is my hourly rate? I will tell them indicative hourly rates for different types of work, but let them know I prefer to quote for the completion of clearly identified tasks. For example, fell the tree outside the kitchen, cut it up and remove it.

I will listen carefully to what you say then I will provide you with a fully itemised quote, based on clearly stated tasks and expected outcomes.  On acceptance of my quote I will then arrive at your property on the agreed date at the agreed time to complete your job.

A clear statement of job type; job location; expected budget; rough area or existing plans (iff applicable); when the job needs completing by along with a few carefully taken pictures is a really good start.

1. Discuss exactly what needs doing with me. 2. Identify the most important tasks that can only be completed by me and arrange to do them first. 3. Make certain the property is accessible at agreed times on prearranged days.

Yes with every half or full day yard clean-up. I will provide a follow up one hour weed control visit for free, or plants to the same value.  For customers signing up for 12 annual 2 hour garden maintenance visits  I will provide 2 visits for free.
