Depending on the size of the project, we normally ask for a deposit on signing the contract, and we draw up a scheduled payment plan

We specialise in leaking showers and balconies, bathroom renovations to full home renovating. We also do water litigation around homes that have rizing damp due to pooling water in the surrounding areas

I have been a qualified Tiler for 30 years, a waterproofer for as long, I got my Builders License 14 years ago. Two projects were nominated in the Gold Coast Architect award for excellence, by the Architect firm we employed for that particular project.
