  Sam did not complete the job. took extra money for supplies that he fitted without asking me. the tap that he came to fix is still leaking. he put silicon seal everywhere even inside the bidet spray holder! seriously? Never recommend this person

  Unprofessional and poor workmanship, do not hire this plumber waste of time and money, very dodgy work, wanted a vanity and toilet bowl replaced at 7:30am, he calls to inform me at 7:50am that he was running late and was still in the city when if you knew you had a job a day before, do not commit on saying you will be there at 7:30. The job started at 10am and he was back and forth out of the house till about 3pm then he says its all good and running, yeah right both toilet bowl and vanity was leaking. He came back 3 hours later to try and fix it but at the end of the night, I was left with no toilet bowl and a half vanity set, find someone else who has more experience and knowledge and can actually set up a proper toilet bowl and vanity!!!!!!!! My husband had to do the run around the next day to get another toilet bowl and parts, then the plumber came back just to help install the toilet bowl. The vanity mixer tap still doesn’t work properly only with hot water, will have to find a more experienced plumber who can fix what this plumber has left with me to deal with, more stress and wasted money on buying parts ( as he demanded for this and did not cover the original verbal quoted) I would check on his business license, dodgy as!
