  The servicemen turned up on time spent approx 1 hour fault finding charged me $209 then told me they would send me a quote within a few days. After waiting for 4 days I rang them they said still waiting for suppliers to get back to them. The next day they rang and told me that the parts were obsolete and they were not available and I would need a new system. I then rang the original installer and he told me the parts were available and he would come round and repair it. At the time of writing he has ordered the parts and is waiting for delivery.

  Technicians were over 1 hour late for their first appointment of the day. I have a less than 2 year old Samsung unit which had a failing PCB in the outdoor unit. Firstly, these folks suggested I pay $1700 for them to install a new unit; to which I objected. Then they quoted me $900 for repair (unit costs $600), including all sorts of unnecessary items like cleaning the radiators and the like.Now as I try to refund that initial call out fee, since I decided to go with someone more professional, they obviously don't see my side of the story at all.
