At first the communication was good. On the day of the appointment, the cleaners arrived 45minutes late - I had to contact the manager to find out where they were. At the completion of the appointment, the cleaner told me that the quoted amount was too much as the appointment didn't include steam cleaning (clarified with the manager as not required prior to the appointment commencing). The manager and messaged me today telling me that the cleaner made a mistake and that they wanted the full amount. I paid however, I have always been taught to honor the word of my employees. Long story short, the clean was ok, the staff were friendly and efficient, nothing was amazing. I will not be reengaging.Laura

Booked the job in at the start of the week, then when I sent a message on the day to confirm they were coming as I had not heard from them, they notify me that they cannot come. So disappointed I was counting on this and had been looking forward to getting the house clean as we were entertaining this weekend and I have been too busy to do it myself. When they came out to give me a quote I was impressed and was really looking forward to see their work.Petra
