  I got caught up by surprise and did not realize how close the end of lease was. And my entire house was a total mess, interior and exterior. It was Sunday morning but I had some hope someone would show up. I found a company that would serve my last minute cleaning needs without hesitation. Japanteam is the best service I've ever hired. Called them on a Sunday at 11 a.m. and they were at my doorstep in less than an hour! I was very impressed. They did a variety of services. House cleaning, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and exterior window cleaning, and they even removed all the stains ( 2 years there ) on the carpets on a Sunday! And, since they did not get to finish cleaning all the areas that same day, they came back the next morning to complete the task. They provided quality of service and exceptional customer service even during non-business hours. I hope this review helps you make an informed decision when hiring a cleaning service.

  They are the pros in cleaning . They are equipped with very good machines, big commercial steam cleaner, cleaning all the places without leaving any chemicals; Rotovac carpet cleaning machine, which got rid of all the carpet stains, Unbelivable !. They also use disposable cloth to clean my bathroom, toilets ( they didn't bring any dirty cloths into my house ). They also bring a step ladder to clean higher areas in the bathroom. When I saw the equipments they invested in, I knew these guys are pros, the result was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in a month time to clean my whole house again. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!

  We guarantee our cleaning result. For example, we will come back free of charge in end of lease cleaning if a customer can't get bond back. We commit ourselves to a customer's bond back once we accept an end of lease cleaning. We will come back to clean until the customer's bond back.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  We decide to get into our line of work because we have seen some cleaner using cheap tools and chemicals and failing to achieve what they should. We believe if we coudl do it , we do it better.
