How did you decide to get into your line of work?
When I was younger I loved to follow my grandad around and watch him build creations and fix things with his own hands. He is the reason why I do what I do, he inspired me to be the best I can
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
When I contact a client to organise what work needs to be done I like to arrange a time to carry it out that is the most convenient time for the both of us. I don't like to be late and always arrive on time if not a little bit earlier, if traffic is bad I will call and let you know and not keep you waiting not knowing if I'm coming or not.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
A customer can always save money by giving as much information as possible about what needs to be done. Informing the person who is going to carry out the work if there are any materials or paint that you think is going to be needed. Also a big one moving any furniture prior to the person coming so he or she can carry out the work required quicker

Depending on what the job is I charge by the hour, half a day or a full day. Sometimes a site inspection is best to do first so a proper and accurate quote can be given
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Three typical things I would like to know before a proper quote can be done. 1. In detail as much information of what you would like to be done, even the tiniest things like colour ect. 2. What materials do you think it may require. 3. An approximate amount of time or how many meters the job is
