Nicholas Solar, the director of Kynfield P/L, started working in the construction industry in the late 1970's through a partnership with his father. Initially working in the Lower North Shore and Western Suburbs, father and son moved their business to the eastern suburbs where they were soon building properties in Vaucluse, Dover Heights, Coogee, Bronte, Clovelly, Paddington, Belleview Hill, Tamarama as well as internationally in Paris, Prague and Belgrade. Today, Nicholas has brought his projects closer to home mainly working in the Eastern Suburbs, City and Inner West regions of Sydney. Through partnerships with architecture firms, engineering consultants, designers, building suppliers, master tradesmen, industry associations and professional bodies; Kynfield assures properties will not only have the highest quality production and finishes, but also have their own unique character and elements to the design.
