  David and his team at MacsVac are always a real pleasure to work with. On several occasions he has come to our rescue and gone out of his way to help us out. We have all types of events and activities that run at our premise and no matter what the occasion or size of the job I am comfortable and confident that our space will be kept tidy and presentable. I absolutely recommend Macsvac to anyone or business looking for a well presented, professional and thorough cleaning company, they are fantastic!

  I called up the company directly for a quote on upholstery cleaning. The woman who answered the phone helped me out with a great quote that was specific to my needs. She talked me through the options for cleaning my couch, offered quotes for each and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. After shopping around for a quote they provided the best information and best price for my couch and were able to schedule me in within 3 days. The staff member was polite and punctual, and has cleaned my filthy suede couch (probably hadn't been cleaned in 5 years) promptly and thoroughly to the point where I didn't think it could ever be so clean. She then cleaned the carpet around my couch at no extra charge to make sure any residue from the couches didn't damage the carpets. Incredibly professional staff member with a fantastic clean. Will be using again in the future without hesitation. 5 Stars.

  We had 2 people come to us with a quote and they were the second. They quoted us $35 an hour verbally and didn't state that price didn't include GST, so when the first bill came it was incorrect but we were at fault for that as said by them. They were really good to start off with then went down hill fast over the next 3-4 months. They never showed up on time, we were extremely flexible with when they could come over. One of the cleaners was always on the phone texting or making private calls and stopped working while this happened and still wrote it down in the hours. Shower was supposed to be cleaned each visit which wasn't, bath tub also meant to be cleaned each visit though it was maybe cleaned once a fortnight. We did let them know before they started that the time would be reduced once our workload was reduced however they were extremely rude about the whole situation. Told us that there's new terms now due to less hours, I asked to call and discuss it but no they wanted to talk face to face or via email. However I'm not always home when they clean so I asked for an email and still haven't received one 4 days after asking to reduce the hours. We have let them go due to them stating that regular house cleaning is not worth their time as there is no money in it. When I mentioned leaving them a review, they then said they might escalate this to a legal view point for slander. I personally believe I have not slandered them, I have just stated exactly what was discussed via text messaging.

  I contacted MacsVac through one flare regarding a regular domestic cleaning enquiry, they were the first to respond, it was almost immediately! Their customer service manner was amazing and they took the time to actually find out what I actually wanted out of the regular clean. As I was so impressed, I decided to go with them for a weekly clean of my house. So far, my house is looking amazing, they always turn up on time, they always communicate with me to make sure I'm completely happy with what the standard of cleanliness (and I am!) I have very high standards, so I've actually struggled in the past to find a cleaner to do my house exactly as I would. They are great. Every Thursday when I arrive home, my house is spotless and something extra, such as my oven or aircon filters, has been done, which was never part of the things we agreed on. All in all, I can't recommend these guys enough, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
