We know how busy everyone is, but we will always visit the property. Whether you are there or we speak over the phone, we'll listen to what you need and how we can help, make sure we have a clear understanding of everything that needs to done and then give you an estimate of the work.

We operate efficiently and to do that you need experience on the tools and in the office. We have both. We don't waste our time, and we don't waste yours. We all have families and personal lives to get to and if we do our job right, we're all going to be happy.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
For mowing ensure dog bombs have been cleared away and no we won't just mow over the top of it. It's unhealthy to breathe in, plain and simple. For garden cleanups move the cars away. We can work faster and get more done (which is better for you) if we're not worrying about flicking stones or working around cars.
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to see the property and understand exactly what you want, from a simple mow and edge to installing a new footpath to painting your spare room. We've been doing this long enough to know that a price over the phone doesn't work for you and doesn't work for us. This isn't buying milk at Coles.
Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are insured to $10m and guarantee that you will be happy with the results. We have customers that have been with us for 5 years and we continue to service them with everything from maintaining their beautiful patios and screen doors to mowing their lawns.
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
This business supports our families and livelihoods and as business owners, we expect all work to be carried out with impeccable quality as it not only reflects directly on us but also affects our families.
What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Some customers ask if we charge by the hour. The answer is no. We charge based on the amount of work required. If we treat a lawn and send 4 people and they finish the treatment in 10 minutes and use 100 litres of product, you can see that an hourly charge rate doesn't make sense at any level.
What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?
The customer should pay attention as to whether the service professional is listening and is capable. If the service professional is stumbling over his/her words, you have to wonder if they know what they are doing.
What do you like most about your job?
Being outdoors, watching the transformation in the properties we maintain and seeing our clients happy with the results of our work.
Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
We spent 3 days clearing and rebuilding an over grown garden.When completed the owner walked through the refurbished gardens on the rebuilt walkways and finally sat down on one of the refurbished wooden seats. She became teary as she told us about the times spent here as a child. It was all worth it.
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
We make properties look good and their owners happy. If you have to go to work, there's no better way to spend your day, making people happy.
